The Symposium on Metabolism in Health and Disease Was Held
The “Metabolism in Health and Disease” symposium was held, hosted by the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics.
The symposium was organized to mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Prof. Dr. Gökhan Hotamışlıgil’s Research Laboratory, who is a faculty member at Harvard University and the director of the Sabri Ülker Center for Metabolic Research. Opening speeches were delivered by Rector Prof. Dr. Yusuf Baran and Prof. Dr. Hotamışlıgil.
The symposium continued with presentations from experts in the field from both Turkey and abroad.
