The event organized by the Career Development Application and Research Center was successfully held on Tuesday, May 30. The event, organized online with the participation of INCI Holding representatives, was met with great interest from students, academics and administrative staff.

At the event, İNCİ Holding Technology Director Mr. Mehmet Tunçkanat, Human Resources and Corporate Communications Director Ms. Elif İçören and Maxion Jantaş Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Mr. Onur Hüseyin Pakkan came together with the participants. The representatives who introduced İNCİ Holding and its subsidiaries also answered the questions that the participants were curious about regarding the sectors and the business world.

At the event, the successful history, vision and mission of INCİ Holding were presented in detail. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the company’s activities in different sectors. In addition, detailed information about INCİ Holding’s job and internship application processes was obtained thanks to the information provided by the representatives.

There was great interest among the participants in students’ entry into the business world and career planning. İNCİ Holding representatives shared their experiences with the young people preparing to step into business life and gave them valuable advice.

Authorities of the Career Development Application and Research Center expressed their happiness that the event was successful. They stated that students and other participants who attended the event gained important information about the business world by interacting with representatives of INCI Holding.

The event was evaluated as an indicator of the cooperation between INCI Holding and Career Development Application and Research Center. The institutions, which aim to organize similar events in the future, stated that they will continue to guide students and young people in shaping their careers.
