The Term of the Biotechnology and Innovation Chair Established at IZTECH Has Been Extended by UNESCO Decision
The UNESCO Chair in Biotechnology and Innovation for Sustainable Development, established at IZTECH in 2019, was extended until 2027 by UNESCO’s decision.
The department, which is one of the six departments in the world in the field of biotechnology and the only one of its kind in Turkey, will continue its activities under the Biotechnology and Innovation Research and Application Center at IZTECH in order to further strengthen the education and research infrastructure of the Institute.
