IZTECH has achieved success by ranking among the world’s best in the eco-friendly green campus ranking.

İzmir Institute of Technology (IZTECH) has been ranked as the 140th best university in the world in the International GreenMetric 2024 ranking, which evaluates universities in areas such as sustainability, education, and research.

Climbing 13 places compared to last year, İYTE achieved a significant success and stood out among 1,477 universities from 95 countries.

In the GreenMetric evaluation, which is based on important criteria such as infrastructure, energy, climate change, waste, water resources, transportation, and education, IZTECH once again demonstrated an impressive performance this year, adding a new achievement to its recent successes with its thematic university identity.
