Waste
The IZTECH Waste Management Unit coordinates waste management practices, including recycling, clearing and waste reduction, in all departments. The management unit monitors compliance with laws governing the safe handling and disposal of waste, serves as a resource for recycling and waste management to various departments, local communities and authorities, and leads initiatives to solve problems, improve disposal practices and highlight the financial and environmental benefits of recycling.
- Activities related to responding to inquiries from students, local organizations and government agencies.
- Creating plans for new and ongoing waste collection and reduction initiatives and coordinating their implementation.
- Organizing meetings with all employees, members of the local community and IT companies to adapt and individualize the methods to their needs.
- Promoting initiatives for safe waste disposal and recycling.
