Gamze İnanlı, an undergraduate student in the Department of Food Engineering at IZTECH, was awarded first place at the food waste project competition, hosted by Istanbul Technical University, with her project titled “Upcycling Kitchen Food Waste: Development of a Lycopene- and Inulin-Enriched Powdered Soup Formulation Using Mixture Design.”
