As part of IZTECH’s commitment to raising awareness about sustainable water use, a panel titled “Sustainable Water Resources Management” was held on June 27, 2025, in Barbaros Village, a local community near the university campus. The event aimed to engage both the academic community and local stakeholders in discussions on water conservation, integrated water management, and climate-resilient practices. The panel attracted participation from IZTECH academic staff as well as students living in Barbaros Village, many of whom are members of the IZTECH community. This setting fostered an inclusive, community-oriented dialogue, encouraging collaboration between the university and the surrounding region.
