We Held the Human Resources Efficiency Themed Manager Workshop
We held the Manager Workshop themed Human Resources Efficiency, hosted by our Career Development, Application and Research Center, with the contributions of our Career Office.
At the workshop on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 14:00, where Sibel Yıldırım Ersin (strategy, business development and development expert) was a guest, the workshop proposed a regional / national mentor network structure, included the use of a map-based matching technology and provided that all centers have their own “Mentor Network structure that can be used appropriately; Human Resources Efficiency Program was explained.
This event, also supported by IZTECH Integrated Research Centers Directorate; It will be able to include all axes of IZTECH with a perspective of efficiency and development in the business world; It was completed with a structure that will benefit students, academicians, entrepreneurs and companies in different dimensions, with career and experience integration and with the pleasant conversation of Ms. Sibel Yıldırım Ersin.
