Non-discrimination
IZTECH is a state university and all higher education institutions depend on CoHE (Turkish Council of Higher Education) in TURKEY. As a public university, IZTECH abides by the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, 657 Civil Servants Law, 2547 Higher Education Law (Article 53/7, the specific policy against discrimination in education (https://personel.iyte.edu.tr/mevzuat/)). This policy has been fully implemented into the IZTECH’s Code of Conduct and Gender Equality policy document (https://en.iyte.edu.tr/about/principles-and-strategies-regarding-gender-equality/).
