Through the Sustain-a-bite project, funded by the European Union (EU), novel products targeting innovation and sustainability in plant-based foods will be developed. Supported under the European Union’s Horizon Europe program, the Sustain-a-bite project aims to redefine plant-based nutrition in Europe. Implemented as a multinational initiative to establish a future-ready food system that ensures the production of healthy and sustainable food for all, the project involves IZTECH as the partner representing Turkiye.
