Vestel Met with IZTECH Talents
Izmir Institute of Technology’s Mechanical Engineering department senior students met at an event that will inspire their careers. On November 29, 2023, Erman Barış Aytar, who serves as Vestel’s Design Architect, made a special presentation to the students.
Aytar provided detailed information on Vestel’s strategies for coping with conflicts in the engineering field, while also sharing his own career journey to motivate young engineers. Emphasizing Vestel’s innovative approach, Aytar enlightened the students with a presentation full of technical information.
The event was not limited to technical information. Interview simulations managed by Vestel Employer Brand Expert Sesil Oktan brought students together with the dynamics of the real business world. While opening Vestel’s doors to young talents, Oktan also shared tips on interview processes.
