IZTECH campus is established on a piece of land dedicated for construction (ie. no existing forestry or vegetation). Instead of building on green fields, IZTECH is utilizing the available building spaces more efficiently, i.e. accommodating several departments in one building. Moreover, IZTECH is a rather young university with new buildings that have not completed their lifetime.
