Deniz Şengel Artwork Collection Exhibition Hall
Collection consists of works of art donated by Deniz ŞENGEL, who passed away in 2009, to Izmir Institute of Technology Rectorate and library in 2008. The works exhibited in certain areas in the library were carried out in 2019 under the leadership of the Department of General Culture and IZTECH Rectorate. It was taken over with the approval of Rector Yusuf BARAN in order to keep the memory of Dr. Şengel alive and to create a permanent exhibition
hall. The collection consists of the works of artists who have contributed to art in national and global level such as Ömer ULUÇ, Gülsün KARAMUSTAFA, Janusz KAPUSTA.
